Hi cousins, We have a new member Tom and this concerns Tom and others in Georgia. James Green has set up some webpages that you can check on the GA Spences. More info would be available from info that comes from the Huxford volumes which were the compiled research of a Mr. Huxford in Georgia who chroniciled the early GA pioneers. Hopefully copyrights can soon be released on those, so that it can be put on the web so people can find it. As I told James, I was ignorant about the Huxford volumes as I'm not in GA. Those of you from the GA lines, Moses and Bluford Thorpe Spence may find some great information there. Until then check out one of James' websites. http://www.Genealogy.Org/~green or http://millennium.fortunecity.com/byker/362/ click on " 21. SPENCE Pages I've asked Tom to post what he has on his ancestor William Spence who came to KY around 1800. I'm hoping either someone will know something for Tom, or even better Tom's William is the same elusive William so many of you have been chasing for so long ! Later, Carolyn
