Their daughter Rhoda was the first wife of David Jesse Osborn, David married second Elizabeth Deel Spence, widow of John Spence. In 1850 David and Elizabeth in Tazewell Co., by1860 they were in Wyoming Co. (Benjamin and Catherine (Deel) Spence also in Tazewell Co in 1850, Wyoming Co. in 1860). Was Sally Spence, age 90 in 1850 living with Mathias Keen, a relative? No Keen's in the 1820 & 1830 Tazewell Co. census, however, John Keen is mentioned in several records as early as 1802. Mathias Keen is listed in the 1840 census. Jean
