Have just recently subscribed to this list. The BLUFORD name caught my eye, as it appears in my LEE family that is considered to have come from Virginia, supposedly Halifax County. My Robert Lee (1798-1884) had children named Burrell and Bluford. . .and he also had a brother named Burrell. Both brothers and their families were in Bledsoe Co., TN, with Robert moving to Bradley Co., TN about 1850. There was also another Burrell LEE who went on to Alabama ca. 1820's from Bledsoe County. . .I am uncertain as to the relationship between this Burrell and the brothers mentioned above. Referencing a posting that came through today, Burrell and Burwell may very well be the same name. If someone has documented connection with LEE's, I would appreciate correspondence. Sandy Pierce
