Caroyln et al, The newest Spence descendent of my line has finally arrived. His name is Joseph Wiley Considine and he was born on 11 March weighing in at 9 lb. 4 oz. and 21" in length. Her death is recorded in the Tazewell Co. History. Where did you make the connection to her parents? I'm still pretty tenuous on that. Does anyone on the list hear from Kingsley Taft? He has done a great amount of very helpul research on the SPENCE line in Tazewell Co. Va. His wife is a SPENCE descendent. Someone should try to talk him into going online. Then again, maybe he's all SPENCE'd out. Just a thought.
