Knty. d. 9/26/1901 in Lincoln, Placer County, California We have notes that Jonathan and Elizabeth died and are buried in Davis County Iowa. They married 12/28/1826 in Iowa. He then married Caroline Phillips 5/27/1880. They all are buried in Davis County, Iowa We think Jonathan had two older brothers: Moses Spence b. about 1795 in Bath Co. Kentucky Aaron Spence b. 1803 we think in Tennessee and one younger brother: Thomas Spence, b. 1814, in Owingsville, Bath Co. Knty Jonathan Thomas Spence was born 12/28/1808 d. 12/10/1884 > We think Jonathan's father was William Spence born in Hickman Co. Tennessee but cannot verify. Also would like to keep going back.
