Hello! I am looking for any information on Frank Head. He was found in the 1870 census in Berrien County, Ga. (Milltown) He was listed as mullato and later african american. He was married to Mary Williams Head. They later moved to Brooks, Co. Georgia (Pavo). Frank's father was supposedly born somewhere in North Carolina. Any leads will be greatly appreciated.
