BIRD, LARKIN, and OWEN families are in MA in 1600s. Same names are in my Owen family which I have traced to 1790/1800 Fairfield District, SC. Am woefully ignorant about migration patterns; learning is one reason I subscribe to this list. Was there a migration patter from MA to SC over the 150 or so years I am studying? Did families go from MA to VA to NC to SC???? Any information would be appreciated.
