We were told that my gggrandfather, Boston Allen was born in 1858, his mother was Africian. Boston married Amelia Mack. Amelia lived on a plantation. The owner of the plantation was someone by the last name of Clemmon. The full name is Hon Rine Clemmon. This is more than likely spelled wrong. My folks came from Florence county, timmonsville area. I am trying to find plantations that existed in that area in the 1800's. Help!!!!!!!!!
