Hi everyone, It was a 'cool' 108 degrees here today, it is only 86 degrees at 9;15 p.m. More of the same expected for tomorrow. It is that time of the year, it wiil no doubt get warmer in August. A few years back, we had 113/116 degrees for over a week straight. Glad I didn't have to go out ib it other than to the mail box in the center of our little community. Our mail box here is just across the street. Our power bills are quite high, running the a/c round the clock, but we really have no choice. Just glad we have it and are able to pay the bill. My longtime friend in Southern California says gas has come down a bit in price in her area. I hope it will come down everywhere. Belle in North Las Vegas, Nevada
