Good for you, Paulette. Too many people are afraid to report these things, afraid of repercussions from the neighbors involved. That man sounds like a sadistic s.o.b. He should also be in custody under the'child endangerment act. The world is full of wackos, sorry you have to have some as neighbors. The world is definitely in sad shape and continues to worsen because we don't have any leaders with enough power and backbone to put a stop to it. Where is this powerful , caring, divine being when these innocent children are being so mistreated? If GOD provides and watchesover us, as many say, why are so many people in such dire condition? I wish I could get a sensible, plausible answer.
