Yes, we are once again recovering from a visit with that little dynamo named Buzz....He had rather an odd hairdo when he got here..sort a copy of his new Step dads...It took us a good while to get used to it...........Then he decided he didn't want a haircut like his Step dads...nor did he want it to look like Son's, he wanted it to look like HIS haircut..so he cut it....He sure got it right..it looked JUST like something he would appreciate...Prom's all over town had the beauticians reeling, and folks standing in line...SO Granny had to try and fix it....I'd sooner thread a sewing machine and it running than cut that child' hair again ! {I'm saving up money to tip the girl that cuts his hair.}.........He realized things weren't going too well when I kept muttering under my breath ...Oh my Gosh, etc...Finally he said ' How's it look ?" I said '' Do you want me to tell you the truth or lie to you ? "He thought about it briefly and said " Tell me the truth ." I said. "Well...it looks awful , I'm afraid...." He thought that one over a sec then said calmly " Lie to me ." Whatta boy ! The neighbors Lab got loose and since they were gone all day it stayed around our yard for the 'weenie roast,' etc...Buzz had a hard time keeping up with young Harley, and would get worried if he went in the woods....Once hubby went down there to get him out of the edge of the woods where they HAD been playing minutes before and they were gone ! He finally found them way over on the next ridge....Buzz following Harley and trying to get him to be a good dog and come back....This all happened in less time than it takes to tell it...as Buzz can move at darn near the speed of light....If we weren't watching him so closely no telling how far they would have gone..Buzz went down there with me recently so knows basically where to walk...He didn't get any ticks as far as we know but hubby got one....He's like a tick magnet...and allergic to them to boot...Other than a scrape and scratch or too Buzz is alright....I miss that youngen........Jeannie T
