I've been told by some that I am nearing thr end of my 86th "orbit." what difference does it make as to what we call it? We are all getting older by the minute. Some gracefully and no complaint; others fighting it all the time and refusing to admit to the number of years they have been around. One can make themselves miserable and cause friction in relationships with family and friends. If you are 'old' and limited in your activities, admit it and things will go a lot easier.
