For someone that's not truly a southern gal, please tell me what a ramp is. Is it an onion? I have a funny story about eating hot sauce. I love McIlhenny's tabasco sauce. I saw some other kind that said it was hot so I bought it instead. Wrong idea. It's not very hot. It has more of a smoky taste to it. Then I saw one that said Jalapeno hot saucce, really hot. So, I thought I would try that one. Another wrong idea. It's not as hot as it implies it is. As soon as I use them up, I'm going back to my good ole Tabasco sauce.
