I saw this price rise in items imported from China for myself today....As I watched a nearby stocker put some cute little notebooks on the shelf I noticed the ones she was putting out were marked $1.00 and the ones right by it..same thing, different picture on the front..were marked 88 c ... I asked if it was a mistake and she said 'no...the cheaper ones were from the last shipment!' Imagine, if there was that much jump in price for a little notebook, what are we facing ? Folks have been complaining about buying stuff made in another country...looks like it's gonna take care of itself....If China starts charging as much as USA made items we can go back to supporting our own country...They've geared their money to the Euro now instead of the American dollar.............Jeannie T
