    3. hey girl....can't imagine you offended anyone. Hope no one set you on fire..... ouch ouch ouch!!! Must agree with you about the federal government / disaster issue. Be Prepared!! Just as we have done down here in SW Fla..... buy one can of beans at a time until there's enough to last for a good long time cuz we have no $$$ to go anywhere in case of another big wind. (we stayed through Cat.4 Hurricane Charley) We helped those that had bigger losses than us and local church groups and GOD BLESS THE RED CROSS for all their help. We stayed because we had no place to go and no $$$ to get there.....plus our critters. After the fact we were not looking to the Feds for anything. The less the government is in my life, the better I like it. By the way, for those who don't live in hurricane areas,,,,,, there is all sorts of literature handed out everywhere telling what all a family needs just in case. It's all over the local news and papers and everywhere you tur! n. As soon as "hurricane season" is over most of us down here will begin our preparation for next hurricane season.......a little at a time. paulette in sw fla usa..... a group of youngers from a church in Kentucky came down here and helped us replace our roof...... bless them, fer shure -------------- Original message ---------------------- From: busmar1852@webtv.net (Stella Roper) > OK...I didn't mean to offend anyone...and I didn't mean we do not always > help each other in need. That's what made America great. And it is > christian to help the poor.
