Hi, I try to stay away from seanoning salts of all kinds. When I was cooking for my big family, everyday, I learned what we liked, or how to add, or take away...but I really don't cook that much anymore.I decided to cook my beans with a big hamhock...to season them, and leave the tiny pieces of meat in the beans,...and I have mixed the onions, celery, garlic and stuff together and cooked it sort of tender..I am gonna add it to the beans, as I add the diced tomatoes, W. sauce and just a dash of hot sauce, then simmer it for awhile.This is a mixed crowd.to eat this, ..if anyone wants it hot...they can add it.
