Carol...it is really a creole dish.I add hot sause...and of course abt four cloves garlic...plus the cumin, basil etc. I just thought maybe there was a short recipe, outthere, or some new canned sauce or something...guess I will start cooking again on Friday.~~grin~~We have decided the food is going to the River place for the ballgame party. That's why I wanted to have it in a crock-pot. Not much room there in the Motor Home she has set up...and the young ones want to sleep in tents.We just have one outside table on the deck, down there.
