hI Stella, how about cooking your onions, celery,garlic,worcestershire, cumin, salt, pepper in a pot by there selves till they get the way you want-then add your already cooked beans to it and serve over rice--- I would like to try that my self but with shelly beans in a can... Sounds CHINESE !
