mornin' stella....... when I do the fast version of rice / beans..... I buy cans of seasoned black beans like Goya (in the ethnic secion)...... those have plenty of seasoning...... just need to add whatever amount of rice you like. I'm not a rice/beans fan but hubby loves these.......then again he could live on marconi/cheese.
