Isn't $3.00 a lb. a good price for ANY cheese ? I've heard of the Tillamook brand but have never been lucky enough to taste it...I keep wrapped slices of a good American cheese in the fridge, buy Swiss cheese in the Deli when I think of it, and go to Food Lion for the Amish made Hoop cheese once in awhile. I used to get Kroger brand Colby Longhorn but they discontinued it,.....Hubby and Buzz eat quite a bit of cheese...actually Buzz won't eat cheese at all, but he loves 'Colby', so hubby calls it all Colby....Strange child ! I miss that boy....Jeannie T ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ ~~~~ On Mon, 6 Oct 2008 10:31:01 -0700 "Peace Roses" <Roses4831@msn.com> writes: > Whooeeeeee!!! $9.00 for a lb of cheese will never hit my grocery basket. I balked at $6.00 for a 2 lb brick of Cheddar cheese. It was Tillamook cheese, a cheese factory on the Oregon coast that makes really good cheese. > Emma > ____________________________________________________________ Get educated.
