Which to choose? And does anyone know what is a decent price for the pressure canner? A regular canning pot is about $20.00 at wallyworld; don't know about the other. There will be some fresh fruits here and some veggies that I would like to put up..... strawberries will be plentiful (I hope) in a few months....and maybe taters.
