I recently read a health how to book, and they said taking Melatonin at night might reset a messed up sleep center in your brain.......I may try that...if anybody's got a messed up brain it's me ! AND tell my Son about it...He has more trouble sleeping than anyone i know...Sometimes he sleeps days, sometimes nights..or any combination of the two. Has cluster headaches, etc, etc....Jeannie T PS: Warm milk is GOOD !All you gotta do is put some sugar and vanilla in it....Yummy on a winter day....or night.     3. Sometime there are nights that I never go to sleep. I lay there and rest but just not sleep. Recently, I saw an ad on TV for something by the name of Alteril. It is all natural and con- tains melatonin. They say it contains three things. It has absolutely worked for me. I cannot tell you how many sleepless nights I have spent. Now I am going to sleep by midnight and sleeping til morning. UNREAL for me. It is all natural (I call the ingredients herbs and spices. You take 2 an hour before bedtime. You can get them at Amazon.     2. Melatonian does help! I take it... Also people who dont eat any thing after 5 pm may sleep lightly because calories help you to sleep... I have got up and drank a glass of milk with something light and it helps me to go back to sleep....
