I take it that Babbitt law is a higher law than the Supreme Court. My husband would have felt the same way. One time we were discussing the safety of our daughter and he said if anyone raped her he would k*ll them. I said that would sure help us out wouldn't it with him in jail. He said maybe so but that man wouldn't hurt any other little girl.
