Mary Clyde I should be healthy as a horse and slim & trim. I will not eat a beet everything else I eat on a regular basis. I had open heart with 6 blockages. holey moley ladonna...... have you tried picked beets? I had some of those yesterday... I love beets and just about everything else on the list. I didn't see bread/butter or pizza on that list - dang!
