I never thought of canning baked beans - which I love but I only dress up the all ready canned ones. I might get ambitious and go the distance. I don't have a pressure cooker either...... MaKettle blew the top off one when she was cannin' ketchup; so I just stick to the much safer big blue speckled pot.
