Bobby...I make mine same as you...my little 'black and decker' chopper stays on my counter. I have a big blender, that does everything, but I use this two cup or three cup chopper daily....I just don't add nearly that much mayonaise, or sweet relish.I made some yesterday.I add two tablespoons sweet relish. I do put more mayonaise if it is for a tomato, or cackers, but I usually make myself a sandwich, and I like to mayonaise both sides of bread.I really like dill relsh. I use it in chcken salad too.
