In 76-77 there was a small resturant in Joilet on West Jefferson that had fine biscuits and gravy, but they imported a hill girl from Tenneesee to show them how. I ate many a down home breakfast there while working in an electrical wire plant, preparing it to relocate to Arkansas. Lots of good ole southern boys heard about them or possibly smelled them cooking and stopped by early mornings. Bobby
