Mary Clyde That ole possum be looken for a young tender chickun. I'd get my thirty eight (38) and shoot him rat between the eyes then I'd poke him with the hoe to see iffen he be dead ar just playing possum then i would dig a hole and bury his ole mean behind. You could bake him with sweet tators. In some cities you can call animal control and they will bring a trap and set it when caught they come back and pickup critter and trap. LaDonna, Don't live in the city, so that's out. Don't want to cook him, so that's out too! I just hope he's not planning to come back too often. He must have come in the way he went out. He seemed to know exactly where that place was in the chain link fence... cause he went straight for it. And I was wanting to get three or four laying hens!!! Oh Me!!! I guess that's out of the question now. Whatchathink??? I guess I should have gone on and got the rifle out and tried to figger out how to use it and killed that vermit, huh?
