APPLE - EGG CASSEROLE 4 cooking apples, peeled & thinly sliced 2 tbsp. sugar 2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese 1 lb. bacon, fried & crumbled 1 1/2 c. Bisquick mix 1 1/2 c. milk 4 eggs, beaten Combine apples and sugar. Mix well. Spread evenly in a lightly greased 13 x 9 inch baking dish. Sprinkle bacon and cheese on top. Combine remaining ingredients and beat at medium speed until smooth. Pour over cheese and bacon. Bake at 375 degrees for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm.
