Paula, my reasoning for my statement about a person's income......these houses are in some beautiful local... and on some choice lot, culdasac, or ocean front....and furnished by the biggest designers, etc. It was just a thought, that they couldn't afford anything with a negative outcome.Probably lots of rules.like certain people who won it, might not want to live there at all...and sell it to just anybody, for the money.....I feel that it is subject to not selling to anybody to get money...etc...I just think you would have to have income at least 150.000. maybe more...because sometimes it is a gated community...expensive looking to live. What we used to call the 'Country Club" set, when I was growing up.Makes me sad, there too....whatever happened to that group? I know, it went, like the middle class did...but that is a whole other story. I hope I can find time for some cooking today, since we are supposed to get some sun tomorrow.
