hey Jen..and all....next time you make up a batch of chili add cayenne pepper and pepper flakes and extra chili powder ....woooo-eeeee! I've been making extra everything and putting into freezer jars or just in the fridge so I have plenty of good hot chili for future use. I was never one to have "gas problems"....this is a brand new experience for me. Guess I better be a little more aware of what I'm doing and when/where I'm doing it!! I am going to stock up on drawers "just in case".
