Apparently Buzz has an 'in' with the Big Guy in the Sky...Either that or God can't stand the monotonous chanting Buzz does..>Whatever, he is almost 100 % dead on at stopping or starting rain...He DOES watch the weather channel when allowed, so maybe he's even smarter than we think he is with his timing ! He got to go toMcDonalds and play as long as he wanted to today for his Birthday ....Not having his official birthday till Friday...fireworks, cake, sit up as long as he wants instead of getting cuffed and stuffed at 8:30...when his Mom has decided he needs to go to bed.
