    3. That's a pretty good suggestion. I know a bunch up in Appleton, WI decided that they wanted to wear the 'halters' that other women wore in the town. They went to some place like Wal-Mart & bought bras & when they wore them in public, they were told that they couldn't wear this sort of thing in public.
