Jeannie, sounds like my family. One son thinks we ought to automatically know how to run this thing. He has even told us we should not be allowed to owe computers. The other son can explain it so I can understand but he doesn't live close by. So I call a niece who is amazing in both understanding the problem and explaining how to fix it.
