    3. Linda, Yes, it snowed a bit last year, was all gone within hours other than a little left on the rocky mountain tops. It was soon gone too. Yes, they do have flash floods in some areas. I was caught in one a long time ago. I was at the Sahara underpass and the water was rising and over the hubcaps of my pickup. The pickup truck was a heavy duty model we used to pull the 5th wheel . A taxi had flooded out and was stuck in front of me. I put my faith in my truck, put it in 'grandma gear',stepped on the gas and pushed the taxi out of the wateeeeer and got myself to higher ground. It was scary. Our neighborhood is on a rise toward the mountains, good drainage.
