It must be the worse natural disaster since the Vesuvius volcano destroyed Pompei in 79 A.D. Where are all these going to go and how will they survive? How can they find their own families? Dead or alive? So much destruction that will never be cleared or repaired. So many people without homes. Food, water and needed facilities may be scarce as well. Bush, Cllinton and Obama say they are going to help. I hope they follow through and it is not just false promises as has happened with other things. Linda, I find it hard that you would even say that these are "false promises" which the United States have given to the Haitian people. I have faith in our government that when these tragedies happen, the United States is always there to help & they do help. That is definitely one thing that you can count on when it comes to the United States.
