    3. Jeannie T. Are you talking about having an angiogram? That's when they go in through your groin & go up through your heart with something. They can figure out if you have any blockages or other problems with your heart. I have had one many years ago as have my husband. They are no fun...but you are only in a hospital for a day. In some cases, they may even do them as out-patients nowadays. ~J in AZ ----- Original Message ----- From: <[email protected]> To: <[email protected]> Sent: Friday, January 08, 2010 8:24 PM Subject: Re: [SOUTHERN-CHAT] Holter monitor > Got the dratted Holter monitor off this afternoon...He said either he or > the night man would read the results...Lets see now...that probably means > I will hear the results in ....about a week......My heart's been acting > up tonight...afraid I'll have to have that 'ablation' test....All I > remember is they poke a hole in your groin and ream out whatever is > messing up your heart...I told him to wait awhile, but now I > dunno...Jeannie T > ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ > On Fri, 8 Jan 2010 17:35:47 -0600 Jkaywojack <[email protected]> > writes: >> Keep us posted on the results. 3. You're right about the Gatorade. We decided that they wanted to use CRIMSON liquid since it was the championship. They did douse him too early, but Cody and someone else almost did it about 10 minutes earlier. I was surprised that Coach didn't turn away from the barrel headed toward him. He saw them coming, but he had his mind on other things, I guess. I'm sure all was quickly forgiven. The online news says the parade will be next week. I will be in T-town next Friday if I have a pulse. Beside the celebration, I have a little great-nephew there I haven't seen. I loved hearing the crowd singing the fight song several times. We wondered if they would be allowed to do Rammer Jammer at the end of the game. The fans probably would have started it if the band couldn't play the music! Stay warm and take care of yourself, please. RTR RTR RTR RTR! 3. ABC news show was on until 1:30 from Pasadena...and they kept switching to a player and getting what he had to say...I kept hoping my granddaughter and hubby would sneak into view of the camera...but I guess they went from stadium to a party celebration. (My granddauhter, Brook and (doctor) husband from Mobile. I thought she didn't go, after this death of a close lifetime friend...but learned they had already left before this car wreck happened on Rosser Road Tuesday night. Kathi...are yo sure you saw the whole Gaterade thing? They came up on his backside...and the barrel hit his head...neck...and all that mess went over his whole head, face and all...He is answering questions about his expression...he said it was a shock..he knew they do that...but he said he didn't think of it then...and today...he said "They are not supposed to hit you in back of the head with the barrel either" I think it was a lick that hurt besides the cold sticky stuff all over. Someone gave him two towels...he was trying to wipe it out of his eyes and hair...I think,...he missed a little of the ending of the game because of it...I am sure the guys would like to do that little gesture over! 1. [SOUTHERN-CHAT] What a night!!!!
    2. Kathryn Langford
    3. STELLA, our guys did it!!!! The team is flying in this evening, according to what I read in T-town News. I would give anything to be there, even if I had to stand outside the fence at the airport. I know it has to be that way or there would be no room on the runway for the planes because of all the people. It breaks my heart that I can't be there. I-20 is closed all the way to the state line. The western area got the most snow. We live on the eastern side of town and we got enough snow to close the schools. Sure hopes the sun comes out and the stuff on the roads melts enough for the winds to dry them. My son said there's a spot already picked out for Saban's statue. Bear would be proud to have him standing with him outside Bryant-Denny. I think they're cut from the same cloth and that's saying something. How did Mark make it through the game??? I know. Pride, dedication, and will power. You could tell how much he was hurting when he went back in. He was in such pain when he walked, I can't imagine how much it hurt to run in the 4th quarter. What is left to say? ROLLLLLL TIDE ROLLLLL! Hope you're feeling better. Stay warm and snug. Kathi

I lived in Oak Ridge Tn. the first three years I was married. We had a lot of snow then.No washer or dryer. I wshed in my deep side of the kitchen sink. Those houses had the big white porcelain top metal sinks. with two tubs.Had two babies without a washer and dryer..Of course a laundrymat was close by, and my sister-in-law had a washer. Jeanie I have gotten alergic to almost everything in my old age. When that girl put them tapes on me at the sleep clinic...she said "these may not be as bad, they are smaller' well...they were worse. I actually have a scar from one. You can see the putline of it. It hurt like the dickins! I live in a colege town...and my husband and son went to the University...(so did some of the girls and dil, and granddaughters. Tomight, our football team won National Champianship! They won every game, plus two bowl games. Will be invited to the white house! This town is buzzing tonight...and will be worse tomorrow when the team dlies back. The store sowntown, opened up at 12:30 to sell champianship shirts, tonight! All our TV stations still on at 1:30.
