    3. Dean, I wonder if that entry could be: Carpentry saw. With an abbreviation for 'carpentry.' Old timers were great at abbreviating stuff and by their own rules. If the o in the entry was really an a, it could be an abbreviation for 'carpentry,'or 'carpenter.' We may never know for sure.
