As most of you know, KY did not issue birth or death certificates until 1911. For a period of time, vital statistics were kept in the state on random years. In Hart Co, the only years these records were kept was 1852 through 1859, 1861, 1874 through 1877, 1892, 1893, 1903, 1904 and 1907.
