As you may have noted, I have not been able to post anything to this list since Monday. I have been working with the Help Desk at rootsweb but they didn't solve the problem. I finally figured it out on my own due to total frustration. The South-Central-Kentucky list, KYBIOGRAPHIES and KYRESEARCH are very old lists, pre rootsweb into rootsweb over 10 years ago. These lists were set up differently from what the newer lists are - they never required the -L to be part of the address. With all the changes going on, no one informed me that now I have to have that -L in the address. I have been sending msgs but they have come back to me saying that the list didn't exist. I started playing around with them, put an -L in the address and they were delivered. Now, the fun part. After these lists are "migrated" to the new system of some time (the migration was stopped and the previous schedule no longer applies) ... it will revert back to not having to put the -L in the address - just like it has been for 10 yrs. I'll not know until I see if the msg is delivered or bounced back to me. So - I'm sorry that there have been no posts. I just sent out the Monroe Co and Allen Co post and will do Hart Co deaths later this afternoon.
