As you know, rootsweb will be undergoing some major changes this month. I got behind on reading about all the changes while out of town and am trying to play catch up now. You all received a notice from rootsweb as to this change. For the most part, you won't have to do too much - or anything. One of the changes is doing away with the -L having to appear in list names - this would include the KYBARREN list but not SOUTH-CENTRAL- KENTUCKY, KYRESEARCH or KYBIOGRAPHIES as they are some of the oldest lists on rootsweb and didn't require the extra "L". I have printed off 22 pages of changes that do affect the list admins ... and some I will understand better when the lists are "migrated" to a new system. If I disappear for a day or so, it's likely because I'm trying to learn what to do!!! The lists are being moved over to the new system on different days so it won't happen all at once. So bear with us as we muddle through the changes ....
