Her coice of my tract on Cartwright Creek to include half of the cleared land the dwelling house and orchard to run so as not to cross the creek for her during her natural life and after her death to return to my estate and to be divided maong my children. As the balance of my estate hereinafter mentioned. I will that no part of my estate real or personal shall be sold but kept together in the possession of my beloved wife Jane McIntire for the support and maintenance of her and my children out of wic? also i will that all of my children, to wit, Ann McIntire, Elizabeth McIntire, Thomas McIntire, Henry McIntire, and Dennis William McIntire that is not already schooled shall be tolerably well, and that particularly John Small McIntire owing to an infirmity shall be learned to understand arithmetic and book keeping well. I will that when any or either of my children above mentioned shall marry or come of age if they choose shall be entitled to their equal proportion of the balance of my estate both real and personal to them and their eirs and assignees forever. And if it is found convenient my will is that they be furnished with a riding creature, briddle and saddle in part of their part of my estate.
