I caught this today and a couple others did too. In the past, when you replied to an email on the list, the email went to the poster. I hadn't noticed, but when the migration took place, it was pre-set to go to the list instead. I just made the change and now, if you reply to someone, it will go to them and not to the list - the way it should be! Tomorrow - another story about my interesting find of this weekend - and verification of another rule I always try to follow - quite interesting and I think you will be helped.
