Attended the University of KY, graduate of T'ville HIgh School. Wife is Terry Lynn; son of Dr William and BETTY CARTER; she the d/o Gene R & Melba HAGAN of T'ville. They have a dau, Allison. School board votes to establish county-wide high school. Many hostile to the idea; bomb threat at Gamaliel School, obscenities painted on the Gamaliel office of Board Chairman Dr. Kenneth CRABTREE.
