    3. I am trying to help our local CBS Dallas/Ft. Worth Texas TV station reporter to discover the gravesite of a tombstone located in the Dallas Police property room. It was found at a fire site and the property manager has not had any success in finding the burial site for this gentleman...The headstone is one of the military issue stones with the following info: Riley, Edmund James WW 2 US Army 1924-1987 http://cbs11tv.com/homepage Look under the video section for the news story.. I found this record on the Rootsweb Texas Death Records.. Riley, James Edmund Date of death 01-31-1987 In Dallas County Sex M I don't have ancestry.com... Was wondering if you or any other SCKY researcher might help with finding the info in the U.S.Veterans Gravesites, ca. 1775-2006 database Name: Riley,m James E Birth: Death: 1987 I have already tried the US Archives Military Enlistment database without success.     3. Kat I wonder if some type of law officer or maybe a funeral home could have these records search. The Death index of Dallas County might revile something?
