I still feel pretty new to this group, and not too sure of how it all works, but I got a lot of help with my last request, so here goes. I can only trace my maternal grandfather back to his grandfather, with a listing in the 1920 census, I can find no more on the web. His name is Jasper Goldsmith, bd 1858, of Hart County, parents bpl Ky, I have found two wives, Sarah J. and/or Mary Goldsmith, 54 (in 1920). Their son was John Thomas Goldsmith.
