If you're close to Glasgow tomorrow night, you're invited to the historical society's meeting at 7pm at the South Central KY Cultural Center. Our speaker is a dear friend, Lynwood Montell who is a marvelous man. He is a Professor Emeritis of Folklore from Western KY University, author of many books about this area including folklore, superstitions, music, the Saga of Coe Ridge, intereviews with the old time lawyers about their funniest or strangest cases. His new book is due out soon of interviews with old-time doctors and their most interesting cases. He will have his books there for sale, but there is no charge for the meeting and no obligations at all. Our meetings are over by 8 and are informal. Come visit us if you can!
