I would suggest that you request a copy of her death certificate below: ROWE ESTA L 024 HART 06-14-1928 030 14907 1928 She is listed on most records (census, birth records of children) as Waddle. I am attaching the website for Chester Ward who makes copies of older death certificates for a nominal fee ($1). I looked them up and found they are buried in Munfordville Municipal Cemetery which is within 3 miles of my residence. I would be glad to take one and scan it to you, if you need it.
