I think I've posted some of these previously which I transcribed several years ago from the microfilm. For those of you reading microfilm in the past, you know that sometimes the writing is hard to decipher, images are damaged and the clerks who copied these made mistakes too. I will be taking a copy of this book with me on September 6th at the 3rd Annual Metcalfe County Book Fair where I'll also be speaking on "Breaking Down Those Brick Walls" or "Looking For Clues In Unusual Places." Sandi so glad you are doing this. Would love to see you redo some of the oldest other records you have which I'm sure a lot have not seen or have new names, ie: marriages, land records, tax, wills, etc. Thanks for all you do.
