McGOWIN, Tho. LOWRY, Wm ELLERSON, John BAUDEN, John ANDERSON, Wm CLATON, Joseph SNODGRASS, Saml COX, Elkanah TAYLOR and LINZA (first/last?). They found the Commonwealth vs JACKSON a true bill. James H RICE produced a license to practice as an attorney-at-law; he was administered the oaths of office. ISAACS vs BARTLETT - cause continued, depositions to be taken of Eliza ISAACS and Samuel CURREY within 30 days. The following cases were heard and continued: McMAHAN vs TINSLEY, FRANKLIN vs BARNES, etal; Commonwealth vs MAY; THURMAN vs TINSLEY and DAVIS vs SMITH. The case of WILLIAMS vs CHRISTIAN was dismissed. James DICKERSON through his atrorney ordered that the judgement of the last court for fining Dickerson be rescinded and reversed. Commonwealth vs William SMITH - Dismissed. McGINNIS vs BOYLES - dismissed at defendant's cost. Commonwealth vs TAYLOR - dismissed.
